My favorite feature is the folding center console. It becomes a work station for computer, breakfast and card table. The shift lever in the console folks down out of the way. And lights everywhere, a tailgate that helps work with clamp holes, tie downs and built in tape measure. 3.3L V-6 finally has 10-speed automatic. 5.0L has cylinder deactivation, is it the first in a Ford? Eight inch dash screen on base models. Twelve inch horizontal dash screen and twelve inch instrument screen on higher end models.
All-new F-150 has an imprinted metalized American flag on each end of the dash.
2021 Ford F150 Hybrid that generates lights for the whole block. And it’s a quiet generator. My RV trailer has one of the loudest generators. I bet the new Ford Hybrid would power my toy hauler RV trailer. Looks like hybrid F150 could be getting 23 mpg highway with a 30 gallon tank, 700 miles range. The important number will be mpg in the city that most hybrids excel at. Hybrid rated at 12,000 lb plus towing on 4×2. Hybrid is 2.4 Kilowatt or 7.2 KW. Non Hybrid is 2.0 Kilowatt generator using two truck batteries to power the inverter. Power Boost Hybrid is available on all configurations. I wish my truck had this, Hybrid will run ac with stop-start. Now my truck shuts off with stop-start even when it’s 90 degrees.
Front folding down to sleep seats, awesome, Chevy has that. Headlights turn while you turn on high end models, other trucks have that. Power front air dam is appreciated. The current air dam, makes it hard to go off-road or just park near a curb. Over the air updates will be nice, hopefully some recalls can too to avoid going to a dealership. There are at least 3 different headlight options and 11 different nose grills. A few trailer features, trailer theft alert is good and in some models the trailer brake controller is above the Pro Trailer Assist knob. Still 3 bed sizes as all full size trucks should.
